I didn’t know it at the time, but the day I decided to run my first 5k changed my life. At the time, I thought it would be a one-time experience, but what I didn’t realize is that running has the power to transform your life. As a runner with over ten years of experience toeing the start line, including dozens of races varying from 5ks to marathons, I understand how overwhelming the training process can feel. As your running coach, I combine my experience as a runner with expertise as a certified personal trainer (NASM) and health coach (IIN) to create the best experience to fit your needs.

Standard Training Plan – $75

There are numerous impersonal training plans available with a quick Internet search. However, these plans fail to account for your unique needs and experiences as a runner! Just as one running shoe does not work for every runner, neither does every training plan! With this option, I will work with you to develop a customized training plan specific to your needs and goals. Your unique plan accounts for factors including, but not limited to, your previous experiences with running, your current level of fitness and schedule limitations, and of course, your race day goals.

Deluxe Training Plan – $200

This option combines my experience with running and my expertise as a health coach and personal trainer. This will give you the ultimate training experience. With this plan, I will develop the fully customized 12-week training plan designed exclusively to fit you and your goals, as outlined in the standard option. In addition, you will also receive the following:

  • A PDF training log
  • Schedule adjustments, as necessary, to best help you cross the finish line with a smile on your face
  • Full access to me for support and questions via text or email
  • As training is a holistic experience, we will work together on your nutrition, overall fitness, and mindset
  • Weekly emails with advice, tips and tricks, and motivation to help you reach your goals

With either plan, returning runners receive a 10% discount on their next training plan!
